Religious Literacy Leadership Programme has been successfully launched on 26 January 2010 by Lord Tyler and the Minister for Higher Education, David Lammy MP, in the House of Commons.

This two-tiered leadership programme consists of two parts:

• Leadership Event for Religious Literacy Leadership in HE – a one day event for Vice Chancellors;
• Religious Literacy Leadership Workshops – two one day events for senior HE staff

Both parts of the programme are supported by publications, briefing papers and resources focused on leadership challenges and concrete realities of religious faith and ways of responding to these challenges in the whole range of operations within universities, including student support, food, catering and accommodation, faith spaces, chaplaincy, timetabling, admissions and registry.
