The stories are based on themes that arose in a recent Cardiff University research project and they focus on children’s experiences of learning to be a Muslim.

Who might be interested in attending?
· Head teachers and teachers from both primary and secondary level education. In particular the stories will be useful for teaching religious education and cultural diversity
· Staff working in a local education, social services or health setting
· People working with children and young people with an interest in the topic

Light refreshments will be available on arrival, followed by a brief address from Professor Jonathan Scourfield who led the research project at Cardiff University. The children’s stories will then be screened.
